Once your account is activated, you will receive a notification. You can then log in from the link in the notification email. Your role will be Administrator and User. When you receive the notification email(s), you can log in and begin using your account immediately.
The Administrator is the only person that can make changes to the account. Manage users, subscriptions, and stations monitored on the Company page by clicking on the Company icon.
To add new Users, first decide how many additional Users will access your account (if any). Then add a Subscription for each user from the Subscriptions tab. To add Subscriptions, follow the instructions in the FAQ for that topic.
Then add Users. Remember that each must have a Subscription to access features in AudioLogger. Details on how to add Subscriptions are in another FAQ topic.
Finally, click on the Stations tab to select stations to monitor. Follow the instructions in the FAQ for that topic.

It’s easy to add a new User. Keep in mind that only the account administrator is able to add new Users or manage Subscriptions.
First, make sure there are Subscriptions available in the account. You can see how many you have purchased and how many are used. If you need more, click on the edit icon next to the Subscription you would like to add.
Each subscription added will be billed at the current rates. See the rate on the Pricing Page.
In the dialogue box, choose a tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and how many subscriptions you would like to add:
Be sure to save the changes. Then navigate to Users (right-hand column) and click on Invite New Users.
Enter a name and email address. And be sure to assign a Subscription to the User. If the subscription is not assigned, the User will not be able to access features or stations in AudioLogger.
The new user will receive a notification by email to confirm the account.
Each User requires a Subscription.
Users have access to all stations in the account without incurring additional charges for stations monitored. The account does not receive additional stations as part of a User Subscription.
Users added to the account cannot make changes to the account. Only Administrators can make changes.

The best subscription tier depends on how you plan to use AudioLogger.
Here are some typical examples:
Bronze: I want to monitor, archive, and download audio segments for my stations.
Silver: I want to track music logs and playlists, provide segments to listeners, guests, and advertisers via email link, edit audio before exporting, and bookmark segments to collaborate with others on my team.
Gold: I want it all, including the ability to convert audio to video, track usage statistics, use audio fingerprinting, and get advanced automated features.
If you’re not sure which is best for you, start with a Bronze or Silver subscription. You can upgrade a subscription plan anytime.

Adding a station is only possible if you have purchased enough stations in your account. So first, ensure there are open station slots available.
First, be sure you are on the Company page by clicking on the icon on the left of your screen.
Next, click on the Stations tab.
Check to see how many stations you are monitoring and if there are slots available.
If you have open slots, you can choose any available station by clicking the box next to that station. if no slots are available, click to change the number of stations. Once the request is confirmed (within 24 hours), you will receive an email notification.
Important: Remember to SAVE the changes by clicking on the icon at the lower right corner of the screen.
To add a station not currently monitored, click on Request To Add New Station. Fill out the form, click submit, and we’ll have your new station ready within 72 hours. You will receive an email notification when it’s ready. You must then activate the station.
Complete the pop-up form. Be sure to include the URL of the actual station stream in addition to the station website.
Again, remember to click SAVE after changes are made.

Theoretically, you could add every stream in the world, though that would get quite expensive. There is a small monthly fee for each station added to your account.
To add stations, just increase the number of stations monitored in your account. There must be an open slot available to add a new station. After we confirm the increase, you can choose any station already monitored or add a new station through the Add Station Request feature.

In almost all cases, yes. We haven’t found a station yet that we can’t access, whether there’s geo-fenced blocking or not. If the station is only allowing access from very local access, there may be a problem, but we haven’t found that yet!
You can add virtually any radio stream from any location, regardless of where you live.

The fastest and easiest way to set up your account is with the credit card option, but yes, there are options.
We can send a monthly invoice for large accounts. Please note that all invoices are due in advance of services. In other words, we must receive payment before activating your account, and payments must be received prior to the beginning of the next pay period to remain active.
You can also subscribe using barter options, paying the fees with commercial inventory.

AudioLogger captures the audio broadcast by each stream. If the station broadcasts encoded audio in their stream, the recorded audio includes the encoding. This is a major benefit that allows stations to earn ratings credit for on-demand listening.

Video can have a dramatic effect on spreading your message, increasing tune-in, and driving ratings. That’s especially true in a PPM market. Listening to encoded audio results in rating credit.
AudioLogger’s audio to video feature adds a waveform element to give the video movement. Other online services charge a premium just to provide this service, but it is included as a feature for Gold subscribers.

You can change stations in your account once per month with no additional charge.
For example, if you want to remove a station and replace it with another, you can do that. However, changes to stations monitored can be made only once every 30 days. Any changes made will lock all selections for the month. So choose carefully and make all changes at one time.
To change stations, navigate to the Stations tab in your account:
From there, simply de-select the station you wish to remove and then select the station you wish to add by clicking on the box next to the station. Remember to save your changes by clicking the Save icon in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
You can add stations to your account at any time. Each new station will result in an additional fee, prorated to the date the station is added. Changes made during a month will be added to the following month’s charges and a prorated fee for additional days used (in the previous month) will be included. If you wish to reduce the stations monitored, please ensure the number of stations active in your account is at or below the number of stations you wish. If you’re actively monitoring 10 stations, we cannot reduce your account to fewer than 10.
You will be charged for the total number of stations you have chosen to monitor. However, to reduce charges, you must contact us. Removing a station from active status in your account will not reduce charges. In other words, if your account is activated to monitor 10 stations, but you have only chosen 8, you will be charged for 10.

You get 24 hours access to all the stations chosen in your account.
You can add stations to an account at any time for a small monthly fee.
You are allowed to change stations monitored once per month. So, if you decide you no longer need to monitor Station A, you can drop them and add Station B to take its place. But any change locks those choices for 30 days.

Programmers love the music monitoring feature in AudioLogger. It allows you to see any station’s music log and most-played list. But sometimes a station stream is missing information.
AudioLogger detects what song is played in three ways:
1. The info is provided by the station stream’s metadata.
2. AudioLogger captures API information from the station.
3. AudioLogger’s own Audio Fingerprint for the station that actually listens to the streams and enriches it with this information. We are able to match over 40 million tracks.
Most stations include metadata in their stream but some have technical difficulties that result in missing songs. If you find a station that is not displaying the music information properly, please contact us so we can switch the station to another method of matching the song information.

We don’t think you’ll want to, but just in case you need to cancel your AudioLogger account, just navigate to our Contact Page and send a message. Your payments will immediately be halted, and you will continue to have access through the current billing cycle. For example, if you sign up on the 3rd of the month, the billing cycle will be through the 2nd of the following month.
We do not refund unused portions of a billing cycle.
